Slowly roasted beetroot and onion in balsamic vinegar, tossed with fetta and ricotta.
We make this ravioli by slowly roasting beetroots and onions in a little balsamic vinegar, and tossing them with fetta and ricotta. Our fillings are encased in our pasta made with 100% Australian Durum Wheat and Whole Free Range eggs. Sold frozen in 400g retail containers.

Serving Suggestion:
serve with an extra virgin olive oil, baby rocket and garnished with shaved parmesan cheese, salt to taste and cracked pepper.
