Duck breasts, roasted with thyme and brandy, mixed with roasted onion, ginger and ricotta.

Our duck ravioli are made from duck breast, roasted with wine, brandy and fresh thyme, then tossed with fresh ginger and ricotta. Our fillings are encased in our pasta made with 100% Australian Durum Wheat and Whole Free Range eggs. They are sold in frozen 400g retail boxes.

Serving Suggestion:
serve tossed with an extra virgin olive oil, baby spinach and lemon zest, garnished with a chopped mild chili, shaved parmesan cheese and cracked pepper.
