This ravioli has a fresh delicious flavour, made from smoked salmon, fresh dill, fresh shallots, ricotta and feta cheese. Our fillings are encased in our pasta made with 100% Australian Durum Wheat and Whole Free Range eggs. This product is sold frozen in 450g retail boxes.

Serving Suggestion:
served tossed with an extra virgin olive oil and baby rocket, garnished with lemon zest, shaved parmesan cheese and cracked pepper.
